WORSHIP
We were created for this purpose, that is to give God the glory and the honor that is due to His name, we were not made to worship ourselves but to our source which is God. Man has lost his purpose of existence, and that is why Christ has to come and die to pay the penalties our sins and and wrong and restored our purpose and meaning.
No human being will ever know his or her purpose unless he or she knows where they come from, and why are we here, and where are we going. If we don't know our how to answer these basic questions then life has no purpose and meaning. If we say that we just live for our own selves, and do as we please, so when we going to die we are no better than anyone else, because death will level us all. People who work hard all their life and have a lots of achievements, when they die they will be just like those who does nothing.
Purpose of life is greater than anything that any man can ever have on this planet, it is greater than your dreams, greater than our achievements even greater than your desire, and once you know your purpose you will easily find the meaning of life. We were made to worship God our Creator. Many people who may not want to believe because they want to put their trust on other beliefs so called Science. Evolution Science Theory destroys the idea of purpose life fulfillment which only gives people no purpose, no hope, no accountability and once you die that's it, and I don't think that is a sort of idea God wants you to have. Many who doesn't believe in God they will definitely find truth when they die, because the Bible says Hebrews 9:27King James Version (KJV)27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

Worship is our calling and it is our purpose to worship God wholeheartedly. The greatest thing that anyone can achieve is to know God, and I guess that people miss out the fact that, knowing God is one way someone can really experience true peace in his life.

After God created the heaven He made a garden and called it Eden which means delight or pleasure, and God created man and woman and put them in the garden to care for the garden. So it is more likely man was put in what delights the Lord, and we know that everything we do in life is more to do with what will benefit us. We don't realize that much about what doesn't benefit us and we spend more of our effort on it is more likely going to kill us. God in the same way, made us into His image and we are to give him the credit that He is our maker, and that is the whole purpose of our existence is giving God our adoration, honoring Him and worship Him for who He is.
When we turn away from our creator, we are actually turning away from the ultimate purpose of our existence, and man is not normal and he is totally lost when he forgot to give glory to his maker. It doesn't matter what man can do to fulfill his desire on this planet when God is not in the equation of his life, there will be always a void in the heart to acknowledge there is something very important is missing in his life. It is a fact that nothing we can do on this earth can ever take the place of mankind connection to his maker, and when the connection is not there, the longing of the soul can only be filled when we give God the honor and the glory that truly belongs to Him.
There's a lot of people that claims to worship God, and no one can worship Him unless the person knows Him. God is not only our maker, He is our father who sent His son Jesus Christ who died for us so that we can be pardoned with sins. When you believe that God has forgiven our sins through Jesus Christ His son, God will make you His child (John 1:12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God) God will make you right and make you as His own child, and He will give His spirit, which is the Holy Spirit and He will help you to worship Him, God who became your Heavenly father in spirit and in truth. In John 4: 23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”
